From the moment we stepped inside, we felt at home. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had all the essentials we needed. The welcome package was a delightful surprise, with homemade treats and locally sourced goodies. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The views outside were stunning, and the peaceful location allowed us to relax and unwind. The private parking was convenient, and we enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the tranquility. we were impressed with the thoughtful details and impeccable hospitality at The Old Post House.
While the 4G WiFi was slower than expected, it wasn't a major inconvenience as we had our own 4G hotspot. Additionally, the plastic handled bendy cutlery felt out of place in such a well-appointed cottage.

We stayed at the Old Post House Villa for a few days and it truly felt like a home away from home. the location was beautiful and peaceful, just a short drive from the center of town. the nearby pub, the Moornings, served delicious food and even had an indulgent afternoon tea that we couldn't finish! the welcome pack upon arrival was a delightful surprise, with biscuits, prosecco, scones. the villa itself was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Communication with the host was easy and she was always available to help.
It was a brilliant stay. Cons: Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

Loved the garden views, free WiFi, and private parking. The building dating from 1900 was charming. Also, the barbecue facilities were a nice touch.
Hated the constant reminder of how old the building was.

The occasional noise from the fridge, which could be a bit loud when sitting in the living room watching TV. However, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience at the cottage.
